At The Sour Goat, every order is hand-poured, hand-cut, and carefully packed by our small farm crew (with occasional supervision from the goats 🐐). We take pride in getting your goat milk soap and skincare products to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
During busy seasons (such as holidays or market weekends), processing may take an additional day or two. We appreciate your patience while we prepare each order with care.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.95 on all orders within the United States.
Orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE shipping.
Your final shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete checkout.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, most packages arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances that are outside of our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Checking around your delivery area
• Contacting your local post office or delivery carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will gladly help you track it down or assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we will happily reship the order once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
