Thank you for shopping with The Sour Goat. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
We provide full ingredient lists for all products. Because every person’s skin is different, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Sour Goat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
