Processing Time

All products are handmade and packed by us in small batches.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During holidays, launches, sales, or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and location.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

Of course, if you need help or are unsure what to do, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final on soaps, bath products, body products, and sale items.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we absolutely want to help make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
