Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All of our products are handcrafted and packed with care! Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend slightly — but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight and your location. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for reliable, trackable delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Sour Goat goodies all the way to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We’re always happy to help guide you if needed!


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every bar is made with love and care, but we understand that things can happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimberly@thesourgoat.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

All sales are final on soaps, bath products, and sale items.
